Job Summary
Defending property owners and landlords in litigation related to habitability and premises liability claims, the full-time California Licensed Associate Attorney will manage a caseload, draft legal documents, and represent clients in court while working in a flexible hybrid or remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Handle court appearances, depositions, and mediations
- Develop case strategies and evaluate liability and damages
Required Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in California
- 2+ years of litigation experience required
- Experience in habitability, landlord-tenant, or premises liability litigation preferred
- Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions required
