Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time California Licensed Associate Attorney will manage a docket of workers' compensation cases, prepare clients for depositions, and provide guidance to non-attorneys in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing a docket of cases to resolution
- Preparing clients for depositions and attending them
- Responding to client inquiries and leading non-attorneys by example
Required qualifications:
- Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
- Experience with doctors' depositions is preferred
- Comfortable in fast-paced work environments
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
