Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Associate Attorney, the full-time position will manage litigation cases with a focus on employment defense, offering a hybrid work environment and opportunities for hands-on experience and career growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case strategies and manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials independently
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff at all experience levels while maintaining professional communication with clients
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team growth and success
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar license in the state of California
- 3-7 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy, depositions, and trial preparation
- 2+ years of employment defense experience strongly preferred
- Prior insurance defense experience preferred
