Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Associate Attorney, the full-time position will involve managing litigation cases, developing case strategies, and collaborating with experienced attorneys in a growing office environment in the Inland Empire.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling case strategies and manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
- Build and nurture relationships with clients while maintaining consistent communication
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team growth and success
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar license in the state of California
- 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy and trial preparation
- Prior insurance defense experience preferred
- Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial
