California Licensed Associate Broker

Job Summary

Supporting a dynamic broking team, the full-time California Licensed Associate Broker will analyze client programs, negotiate with insurance carriers, and develop tailored risk solutions while working remotely in the Pacific or Mountain Time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze clients' existing programs and formulate customized risk solution recommendations
• Negotiate effectively with insurance carriers to drive revenue development and retention
• Assist in proposal development and ensure timely documentation flow for clients and prospects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• P&C License required or to be obtained within 90 days of employment
• Working knowledge of carrier underwriting practices and processes preferred
• Advanced industry designation(s) such as CPCU, CIC, or ARM is a plus
• Experience with Epic (agency management system) is a plus
