California Licensed Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal and strategic advice on real estate matters to the Real Estate Services team
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate agreements and oversee transactions
• Advise leadership on real estate strategy, manage disputes, and prepare presentations

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school; admitted to at least one state bar in the U.S
• 5+ years of commercial real estate legal experience
• Experience with drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related agreements
• Proven understanding of the commercial real estate industry
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team setting
