California Licensed Associate Producer

Job Summary

To support the growing Inside Sales Team within the Small Business unit, a California Licensed Associate Producer will engage in prospecting, quoting, and closing new business opportunities for small businesses in a remote, full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospects through high-level communication via phone and email
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and achieve annual sales targets
• Utilize CRM and comparative rating platforms to manage leads and provide quote comparisons

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Property & Casualty license required (in-progress will be considered)
• Minimum one year of experience in Commercial Lines marketing or placement
• Functional knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty lines of coverage
• Ability to present and communicate effectively to build trust with clients
