Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Producer, Small Business.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage prospects through high-level communication via phone and email
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and achieve sales targets
• Utilize CRM and comparative rating platforms for lead management and quoting

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Property & Casualty license required (in-progress accepted if completed before starting)
• Minimum one year of experience in Commercial Lines marketing or placement
• Functional knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty lines of coverage
• Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with clients
