California Licensed Associate Therapist

Job Summary

Providing ongoing virtual therapy sessions, the full-time California Licensed Associate Therapist will conduct a minimum of 27 billable sessions per week while collaborating with a dedicated support team in a 100% remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver weekly virtual therapy sessions to a diverse client base
• Complete necessary documentation including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Work closely with the provider support, clinical care navigation, and administrative teams

Required qualifications

• Must be a Registered Behavioral Health Practitioner in California (APCC, AMFT, ACSW, Registered Psychological Assistant)
• Minimum of 2000 accrued experience hours
• Adherence to all industry legal and ethical standards
• Secure, HIPAA-compliant space for telehealth sessions
• Availability for a 40-hour work week
