California Licensed Associate Therapist

Job Summary

Providing weekly virtual therapy sessions, the full-time California Licensed Associate Therapist will manage a caseload of clients, complete necessary documentation, and collaborate with support teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a minimum of 27 billable therapy sessions per week
• Complete required documentation including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative support teams to enhance client care

Required qualifications

• Must be a Registered Behavioral Health Practitioner in California (APCC, AMFT, ACSW, Registered Psychological Assistant)
• Must have accrued a minimum of 2000 experience hours
• Must adhere to all industry legal and ethical standards
• Must have a secure, HIPAA-compliant space for telehealth sessions
• Must be available for a 40-hour work week
