Job Summary

Providing ongoing virtual therapy sessions, the full-time California Licensed Associate Therapist will manage a caseload of clients, completing a minimum of 27 billable sessions per week while collaborating with a dedicated support team in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct weekly virtual therapy sessions for a diverse client base
• Complete necessary documentation including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative support teams to enhance client care

Required qualifications

• Must be a Registered Behavioral Health Practitioner in California (APCC, AMFT, ACSW, Registered Psychological Assistant)
• Minimum of 2000 accrued experience hours required
• Adherence to all industry legal and ethical standards is mandatory
• Must have a secure, HIPAA-compliant space for telehealth sessions
• Availability for a full 40-hour work week is essential
