Job Summary
To support a growing behavioral health practice, the part-time California Licensed Associate Therapist will deliver telehealth and in-person therapy services, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans while collaborating with community partners and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct and telehealth therapy services, including crisis intervention and psychotherapy
- Conduct mental health evaluations and formulate individualized treatment plans
- Engage with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and maintain compliance with documentation standards
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, social work, or counseling from an accredited institution
- Current California license as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health treatment
- Proficiency in Google Suite and strong analytical skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and/or Arabic is preferred
