• Draft and negotiate contracts for entertainment and business clients, ensuring legal compliance and clarity
• Prepare and file motions, briefs, and discovery documents in support of litigation matters

Required Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in the United States
• Proven experience in civil litigation, particularly in intellectual property and contract law
• Strong skills in drafting motions, briefs, and discovery documents
• Expertise in contract modifications and negotiations
• Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining consistent communication
