California Licensed Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney to support its Go-To-Market organization in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end legal support for technology transactions, including reviewing and negotiating agreements related to AI and cloud solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize standardization in agreements and minimize ad hoc contracts
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations while identifying and mitigating potential risks in contracts

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Three to ten years of law firm or in-house experience, with at least three years in commercial contract drafting and negotiation
• Active member of the bar in the state of residence or practice
• Experience with IT and AI contracts, including software licensing and cloud agreements
• Proficiency with AI-assisted legal tools and Microsoft Office 365
