California Licensed Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney to support its Go-To-Market organization in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end legal support for technology transactions, including reviewing and negotiating agreements related to AI and SaaS
• Partner with internal teams to maximize standardization and minimize ad hoc agreements
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and laws while developing solutions for potential risks in contracts

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Three to ten years of law firm or in-house experience with a focus on commercial contract drafting and negotiating
• Experience with IT, AI, and government contracting is a plus
• Active member of the bar in the state of residence or practice
• Proficiency with AI-assisted legal tools and Microsoft Office 365
