Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney to support its Go-To-Market organization in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end legal support for technology transactions, including negotiating agreements related to AI and SaaS
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize standardization and minimize ad hoc agreements
• Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies while identifying risks in contracts

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Three to ten years of experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation, particularly with IT and AI contracts
• Active member of the bar in the state of residence or practice
• Experience with federal and/or state government contracting is a plus
• Proficiency in AI-assisted legal practice and contracting tools
