California Licensed Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney to support its Go-To-Market organization in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end legal support for technology transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize standardization opportunities and minimize ad hoc agreements
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations while developing solutions for potential risks in contracts

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Three to ten years of experience in law, with a focus on commercial contract drafting and negotiation
• Active member of the bar in the state of residence or practice
• Experience with IT and AI contracts, including software licensing and cloud agreements
• Strong proficiency with AI-assisted legal tools and Microsoft Office 365
