California Licensed Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney to support its Go-To-Market organization in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end legal support for technology transactions, including negotiating and drafting agreements related to AI and software licensing
• Collaborate with internal teams to standardize agreements and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Lead projects to modernize contracting processes and improve legal operations using AI-assisted workflows

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Three to ten years of experience in law, with at least three years in commercial contract drafting and negotiation
• Active member of the bar in the state of residence or practice
• Experience with IT and AI contracts, including software licensing and SaaS agreements
• Proficiency with AI-assisted legal tools and Microsoft Office 365
