A company is looking for an Attorney to join a fully remote personal injury law firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle plaintiff side personal injury matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; manage correspondence and filings
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel

Required Qualifications

• Active California Bar license (required)
• Prior personal injury plaintiff side experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
