California Licensed Attorney with deposition experience is sought for a part-time or full-time remote contract role, primarily focusing on taking and defending depositions via Zoom.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in depositions conducted remotely
• Take and defend depositions for various legal matters

Required Qualifications

• California licensed attorney with at least four years of experience in depositions
• Experience in mass tort and/or toxic tort matters is preferred but not required
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding references
• Ability to work remotely from anywhere in the United States
