Job Summary

Managing a full pre-litigation caseload, the full-time California Licensed Attorney will evaluate case strategy, negotiate settlements, and guide clients through the legal process while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a full pre-litigation caseload from intake through resolution
• Lead strategic settlement negotiations and advocate with insurance carriers
• Review and analyze medical records and draft compelling demand packages

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years of personal injury experience with a focus on pre-litigation
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• California Bar Admission
• Proven track record of negotiating favorable settlements
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality
