Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Attorney with deposition experience, the part-time or full-time contract role will focus on taking and defending depositions remotely via Zoom for a law firm with offices in California.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in depositions, primarily conducted via Zoom
• Work independently and collaboratively with a legal team
• Engage in mass tort and/or toxic tort matters as needed

Required qualifications

• California licensed attorney with 4+ years of experience in taking and defending depositions
• Experience in mass tort and/or toxic tort matters is preferred but not required
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding references
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
