Job Summary
To support a growing mid-sized law firm, the full-time California Licensed Attorney will provide legal counsel, prepare case documents, and represent clients in litigation, with options for remote or hybrid work arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with clients and provide legal support through various stages of litigation
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including motions and mediation briefs
- Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and trials
Required qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in personal injury, construction defect litigation, or general litigation
- Juris Doctor (JD) Degree and a current California state bar license
- Experience with complex discovery and trial proceedings
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional attitude with a commitment to ethical practice
