Job Summary

To support a growing mid-sized law firm, the full-time California Licensed Attorney will provide legal counsel, prepare case documents, and represent clients in litigation, with options for remote or hybrid work arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients and provide legal support through various stages of litigation
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including motions and mediation briefs
• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and trials

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in personal injury, construction defect litigation, or general litigation
• Juris Doctor (JD) Degree and a current California state bar license
• Experience with complex discovery and trial proceedings
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Professional attitude with a commitment to ethical practice
