Job Summary
To support a growing legal practice, a California Licensed Attorney with 3+ years of workers' compensation experience will consult with clients, prepare case documents, and represent the firm in legal proceedings, with options for full-time remote or hybrid work.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with clients and provide legal support on best practices
- Prepare case file documents and draft legal documents including motions and contracts
- Represent the firm in court appearances, mediations, and depositions
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in workers' compensation law
- Juris Doctor (JD) Degree and current California state bar license
- Experience with jury and bench trials
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional attitude and strong personal ethics
