Job Summary
Supporting a growing caseload, the contract California Licensed Attorney will manage litigation matters, prepare legal documents, and assist with trial preparation, with flexibility for part-time or full-time remote work.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage assigned litigation matters from initial case assessment through resolution
- Prepare persuasive motions, legal memoranda, and other court filings
- Oversee discovery activities and support trial preparation by organizing evidence and developing case themes
Required qualifications:
- California Licensed Attorney with 5-10+ years of civil litigation experience
- Experience in managing litigation matters and preparing legal documents
- Ability to work independently on discrete projects
- Familiarity with trial preparation and discovery processes
- Experience in trust litigation or appellate-related assignments is a plus
