To support a growing mid-sized law firm, a California Licensed Attorney with 5-12 years of construction defect litigation or general litigation experience will provide legal consultation, prepare case documents, and represent clients in legal proceedings, with options for full-time remote or hybrid work.

Key responsibilities
  • Consult with clients and provide legal support on best practices
  • Prepare case file documents and draft legal documents, including motions and contracts
  • Represent the firm in trials and hearings, managing case files from opening to closing
Required qualifications
  • 5-12 years of construction defect litigation or general litigation experience
  • Juris Doctor (JD) Degree and current California state bar license
  • Experience with complex discovery, depositions, and trial proceedings
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in jury trials and bench trials preferred
