Job Summary
To support a growing mid-sized law firm, a California Licensed Attorney with 5-12 years of construction defect litigation or general litigation experience will provide legal consultation, prepare case documents, and represent clients in legal proceedings, with options for full-time remote or hybrid work.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with clients and provide legal support on best practices
- Prepare case file documents and draft legal documents, including motions and contracts
- Represent the firm in trials and hearings, managing case files from opening to closing
Required qualifications
- 5-12 years of construction defect litigation or general litigation experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) Degree and current California state bar license
- Experience with complex discovery, depositions, and trial proceedings
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in jury trials and bench trials preferred
