Job Summary
A company is looking for an Attorney Practice Coordinator (Formerly Legal Secretary) to support multiple attorneys' practices remotely in California.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate attorney support from various corporate departments, including calendar and billing teams
- Ensure accurate submissions to the Attorney Resource Team and verify court deadlines
- Manage document filing with courts and agencies, including e-filing and maintaining attorney contact lists
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a litigation secretary
- Experience in labor and employment law preferred
- Proficiency in using document management systems and MS Office applications
- Advanced knowledge of court rules and ECF procedures
- Demonstrated expertise in creating legal documents and managing multiple tasks effectively
