Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney Practice Coordinator (Formerly Legal Secretary) to support multiple attorneys' practices remotely in California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate attorney support from various corporate departments, including calendar and billing teams
  • Ensure accurate submissions to the Attorney Resource Team and verify court deadlines
  • Manage document filing with courts and agencies, including e-filing and maintaining attorney contact lists
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a litigation secretary
  • Experience in labor and employment law preferred
  • Proficiency in using document management systems and MS Office applications
  • Advanced knowledge of court rules and ECF procedures
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating legal documents and managing multiple tasks effectively
