Job Summary

Enjoying a dynamic work environment, the full-time California Licensed Auto Adjuster will engage with customers on-site in Hayward, Fremont, and Dublin, CA, to write estimates and guide them through the claims process using in-person visits and virtual inspections.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on-site evaluations of vehicle damage and write detailed estimates
• Guide customers through the repair or total loss process, ensuring clear communication
• Collaborate with body shops and service providers to facilitate claims resolution

Required qualifications

• 18 months or more of experience in auto collision estimating using CCC or Mitchell
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in utilizing technology and various platforms for claims processing
• Strong attention to detail for writing precise and comprehensive estimates
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple assignments
