Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Auto Appraiser to join their Claims team in Santa Rosa, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Builds established relationships with both internal and external customers
• Applies thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments, and documents all activities in the file within escalated authority limits

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing a variety of auto claims
• Ability to conduct vehicle inspections
• Proficiency in using CCC ONE estimating software
• Understanding of all policy types written by the company
• Active insurance license required, with the need to terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding
