To support the Claims team in the San Fernando, CA area, the fully remote California Licensed Auto Appraiser will create comprehensive damage estimates for 1st and 3rd party claims, utilizing estimating software and conducting vehicle inspections while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
- Negotiates settlements and documents all activities in complex files
- Creates estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses
Required Qualifications
- California Licensed Auto Appraiser certification
- Experience managing a variety of auto claims
- Proficiency in CCC ONE or similar estimating software
- Ability to conduct vehicle inspections
- Strong customer service skills
