Job Summary
Experienced claims adjusters will find a fully remote opportunity as a California Licensed Auto Claims Adjuster, responsible for investigating and confirming facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents while working West Coast hours.
Key responsibilities
- Handles investigations regarding all aspects of advanced auto claims, including coverage, liability, and damages
- Applies increased experience in the Adjuster II level or rotates into specialty positions such as Coverage or Investigation Specialist
- Identifies customer needs and utilizes appropriate customer service skills to meet those needs
Required qualifications
- California Adjuster License
- Experience in auto liability claims adjusting
- Ability to work West Coast hours (8am to 5pm Pacific Time)
- Familiarity with insurance policies and industry standards
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating and negotiating claims
