Job Summary

Supporting the Auto Claims Operation, the full-time California Licensed Auto Claims Adjuster will manage claims related to material damage, property damage, and liability, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct liability investigations, evaluate coverage, and negotiate resolutions for moderate-complexity claims
• Communicate with insureds and claimants to explain benefits and the claims process while addressing coverage issues
• Coordinate with internal and external departments as needed to resolve claims effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• 1-3 years of claims handling experience required
• Knowledge of claims administration best practices and vehicle repair processes
• Understanding of fault assessment, negligence, and subrogation principles
• Valid Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred; may need to obtain an Adjuster license within 60 days
