Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager - Aviation Practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead renewal strategy and execution for aviation accounts, including market selection and carrier negotiation
• Manage Middle Market and Large/Complex aviation accounts, ensuring proper documentation and identifying cross-sell opportunities
• Act as the primary contact for client service needs, including policy changes and claims support

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in P&C brokerage, with at least 3 years focused on aviation
• Deep technical knowledge of aviation insurance and related specialty coverages
• Strong understanding of aviation operations and underwriting requirements
• Active insurance license
• Ability to develop and maintain strong market relationships
