California Licensed Aviation Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Aviation Attorney, the hybrid Associate Attorney position will manage complex aviation-related litigation, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and participate in trials, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite in San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed analyses
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related filings
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing
• 3-5 years of substantive litigation experience
• Experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and legal briefs
• Strong legal research skills using platforms such as Westlaw or Lexis
