Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Student and Bar Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage a student success program with activities and personalized feedback
• Collect and analyze data to inform programmatic and bar plan modifications
• Mentor JD students by providing individualized academic advice and bar success coaching

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from a regionally or ABA accredited institution
• Experience in legal doctrine and practice, as well as in teaching legal courses
• Familiarity with the CA Bar Exam and its requirements
• Experience teaching JD success skills, including IRAC and study skills
• Proficiency in acquiring and applying student success data to learning and bar preparation
