Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for team and clients
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) and conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings
• Analyze data and make data-based decisions to guide program implementation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree or higher
• BCBA certification or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within three months
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes
