Job Summary

Offering a flexible hybrid opportunity, the California Licensed BCBA will provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in the Riverside region, managing client care, mentoring behavior technicians, and conducting regular training sessions while working both remotely and onsite.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide oversight and supervision for clients and behavior technicians
  • Conduct regular parent/caregiver training and write clinical reports
  • Analyze data to make informed decisions regarding client programs
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • BCBA certification or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within three months
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes
