Job Summary
To support adults in need in the Ventura County area, a California Licensed BCBA will provide behavioral support services, conduct assessments, and develop and monitor behavioral support plans in a full-time position with occasional remote work flexibility.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavioral support plans
- Instruct staff, family members, and guardians on implementing behavior support plans through coaching and role modeling
- Ensure proper documentation and provide supervision to Behavior Specialists
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or a related field
- BCBA certification is required
- A minimum of two years of experience in designing and implementing behavior modification interventions
- Significant experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders
- Valid driver's license must be maintained
