Job Summary

To support adults in need in the Ventura County area, a California Licensed BCBA will provide behavioral support services, conduct assessments, and develop and monitor behavioral support plans in a full-time position with occasional remote work flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavioral support plans
• Instruct staff, family members, and guardians on implementing behavior support plans through coaching and role modeling
• Ensure proper documentation and provide supervision to Behavior Specialists

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or a related field
• BCBA certification is required
• A minimum of two years of experience in designing and implementing behavior modification interventions
• Significant experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders
• Valid driver's license must be maintained
