Job Summary

Offering a hybrid opportunity, the California Licensed BCBA will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise staff, and provide parent coaching while working part-time with 25 billable hours weekly and a sign-on bonus available.

Key responsibilities
  • Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and track client progress
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
  • BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
