Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time California Licensed BCBA will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and provide parent coaching in a hybrid work environment with 50% remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities
  • Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
  • Provide parent coaching and maintain quality documentation and reports
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
  • BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
