Job Summary

Offering a hybrid opportunity, the California Licensed BCBA will work full-time to design and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and provide family support, all while enjoying a flexible schedule with 50% remote work.

Key responsibilities
  • Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
  • Conduct FBAs, update client programs, and track progress
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
  • BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
