Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time California Licensed BCBA will provide case management for children on the autism spectrum, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a team of clinicians in a hybrid work environment, with three days in-person and two days remote.
Key responsibilities
- Manage cases for children aged 2-18, ensuring effective therapy and support
- Collect and analyze data using Central Reach to track client progress
- Conduct intake assessments and provide parent training while mentoring RBTs and BCaBAs
Required qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's Degree in a relevant field
- Strong emphasis on integrity and ethics in practice
- Demonstrated passion for client success
- Proven leadership skills in a clinical setting
