Job Summary
Providing case management for children on the autism spectrum, the full-time California Licensed BCBA will work in a hybrid environment, combining three days in-person and two days remote, while fulfilling billable hour requirements and collaborating with a team of clinicians.
Key responsibilities
- Manage casework for children ages 2-18, ensuring ethical treatment and effective therapy
- Utilize Central Reach for data collection and maintain billable hour requirements
- Conduct intake assessments, provide parent training, and mentor a team of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs
Required qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's Degree in a relevant field
- Strong emphasis on integrity and ethics in practice
- Passion for client success and improving outcomes
- Demonstrated leadership skills in a clinical setting
