Job Summary
Offering a hybrid work environment, the full-time California Licensed BCBA will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and provide parent coaching while working 50% remotely and managing 25 billable hours weekly.
Key responsibilities
- Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
- Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide parent coaching and support
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
- BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
- Preferred: 2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Preferred: Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
