To support a growing practice, the part-time California Licensed BCBA will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and provide parent coaching while working 50% remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans for clients
- Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors, providing mentorship and training
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and maintain quality documentation
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
- BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
