California Licensed BCBA Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting ABA/BHT services remotely, the part-time California Licensed BCBA Analyst will review FBA assessments and treatment plans for medical necessity, collaborate with care teams, and ensure adherence to best practices for members with ASD.

Key responsibilities

• Review FBA/ABA assessments and treatment plans for guideline adherence and medical necessity
• Collaborate with behavioral health teams to address barriers and support complex cases
• Prepare reports for internal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements while monitoring utilization patterns

Required qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification required
• 3+ years of experience providing ABA/BHT therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Strong experience in reviewing clinical documentation and treatment plans
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment
• Managed care or healthcare delivery system experience preferred
