Job Summary

Leading the clinical operations of ABA therapy, the full-time California Licensed BCBA Clinical Manager will develop and oversee treatment plans, mentor staff, and support families, with 50% remote flexibility and competitive salary options.

Key responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans for clients
• Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and case supervisors
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and provide parent coaching and support

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
• BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
