Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time California Licensed BCBA Clinical Manager will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise staff, and provide parent coaching while working 75% remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans for clients
• Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors while mentoring staff
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and maintain quality documentation

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
• BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional status
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
