Job Summary

Leading the clinical operations in a hybrid role, the full-time salaried BCBA Clinical Manager will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, mentor staff, and guide families while working 75% remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans for clients
• Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors, providing mentorship and training
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and maintain quality documentation and reports

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
• BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional status
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
