Job Summary

Leading the clinical care for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, the full-time California Licensed BCBA Clinical Manager will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, mentor staff, and provide family support in a hybrid work environment with 75% remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities:
  • Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide parent coaching
Required qualifications:
  • Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
  • BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
